The Santander Universities program, developed in partnership by the bank and ACE Cortex, ACE's corporate innovation unit, is registration open for its 2019 edition.
This year, there are three categories: Universidade & Microempreendedor, Universitário Empreendedor and Startups. The objective of the program, which is part of the Santander X global project, is to foster entrepreneurship throughout Brazil. To this end, the program will support the businesses of the recipients of these three profiles with financial support, scholarships and mentoring for up to 6 months.

In the Entrepreneurial University category, supported by the ACE Cortex team, university students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate courses in any Higher Education Institution recognized by the Ministry of Education and also technical education students can participate, under the guidance of a chosen teacher.
The project selected in the category will receive six months of mentoring by the ACE methodology, in addition to a financial contribution of R$30 thousand, and scholarships at Babson College - for teacher and student.
This is the second edition that ACE participates in the project, in support of entrepreneurial university students. “Empreenda Santander has opened many doors for us and we are very grateful for all the mentoring, experiences and networking that we have been able to build throughout this partnership”, says Jader Stefanello, of Lunix Inteligência em Energia, winner of the scholarship at Babson College in the last edition .
Registrations can be made until April 25, 2019 by the bank's global entrepreneurship platform, Santander X.
