THE Amazon serves as a reference in many aspects of business, innovation and the market. But not only. Its leadership principles also serve as an inspiration for many exponential growth. Principles are directly related to our behavior, with lasting attitudes that impact the culture of the company and the brand. They are considered fundamental truths that guide the business and are independent of individual values.
Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of Amazon, established 14 leadership principles to guide the company. Many of them make a lot of sense to us here at ACE and we apply them in our day-to-day lives. There are those who believe that they are very aggressive. Aggressive or not, they give results (and what results!).

Amazon principles that stand out the most
The principles that stand out to us most are: Customer Obsession, which relates to placing the customer at the center of the business and understanding their motivations, needs, and even their daily lives; and Company First, which consists in meeting the company's values and principle at the expense of its own.
