This Wednesday, the 16th, marked the beginning of the fourteenth ACE acceleration class. Composed of 12 startups, the group is formed by companies with solutions for different sectors.
As usual, class 14 startups participate between today and tomorrow in Wizard, immersing themselves in the ACE mindset and in the values that will guide the company's next months.

One of the highlights of this day was the chat with entrepreneurs who have already participated in the ACE acceleration program. This time, the guests were Helmuth Hoffstatter, from Logcomex, and Melqui Sodré, from Sale.there.
Tips for those arriving
In the panel mediated by ACE partner Felipe Collins, Helmuth and Melqui told about the challenges they faced during the entrepreneurial journey and how the relationship with ACE affected the mentality for the process.
Helmuth Hoffstatter, CEO of LogComex - "The change that starts with acceleration is a constant state. For me the snap was right at the Wizard, where I already had a shock in my ego of the entrepreneur and saw that I had a lot to learn."
Answering the questions of the entrepreneurs of the new group, Helmuth also highlighted the support of ACE in the decision-making process for new rounds of investments. "We even received proposals that, due to the accumulated knowledge, we concluded that were not the best for the moment."
For Melqui, being totally open to accepting feedbacks provided by customers is one of the elements that most allowed the company to find a more solid path along the acceleration.
Melqui Sodré, CEO of Venda.lá - "Before the acceleration, we were very much guided by the competitor's rule. After one of the first meetings, we started to look more at the customer's problem."
The entrepreneur stressed the importance of focusing on the expected results and resisting temptations. "São Paulo is a very attractive city, with events almost every day. But before going to a fair, for example, you have to ask yourself what it will bring about an immediate result for the goal."
