"THE On target is a technology startup that helps advertisers and agencies get the best results with OOH media (out of home: like billboards, for example). Our differential is to be a platform that uses mobile data to choose the best spots to advertise.
In 2016, we participated in the acceleration of ACE. It was a great challenge for us, because my partner and I have the same training (we are developers) and we lacked technical skills focused on branding, marketing and sales. Our goal was to bring someone with this knowledge to be our complementary partner, and thus structure the company around that. We found ACE on this journey, and Pedro Waengertner was largely responsible for helping us in this regard.
What was missing for NoAlvo
We received help in many other aspects, and not only in the aspects that we lacked. We built networking, we were directly connected with several partners and clients with a strong name in the market. We had full monitoring within our company, as in legal and accounting advice, so that we would have more freedom and time to focus on the "core" of our business.
ACE invested time and money in our company, and opened many doors for us. It connected us with large Venture Capital funds and helped us to structure our round, where we managed to raise a round of seed investments, in the amount of R$ 2 million.
